As humans, we are born resilient! In our own way, we have accepted the havoc which COVID-19 wreaked across the globe. As we attempted to make sense of this new reality, we realised the need to recalibrate and readjust. The question that we all faced was not – How do we get back to life and work in the world we knew? Rather it is – How do we learn to live and work in a world that is new?
There is no easy answer, of course! As they say, “It’s going to be hard, but hard does not mean impossible!” which is why our pieces in this issue of Management ReThink focus on narratives of survival, stability and success.
